Gemini's marketing may describe this as "up to 35%" while the current staking agreement states the 35% service-fee mechanism.

If a network generates $100 of gross protocol rewards and the applicable service fee is 35%:

The platform is more compelling when a customer values:

• a single consumer interface

The legal protections still depend entirely on which product is being used.
